Pairing Events

Tennessee Championship of Beers is so much more than a competition. We want Tennessee to be know as THE destination for great beer. We want to build community and provide education for consumers and taproom staff, conduct food pairings, lead BJCP courses, and provide critical evaluation for your beverages. We’re here to help!

Cheese pairings

We have several options to offer for cheese pairings from bringing in an ACS certified cheese judge to sending cheeses to you with a script of how it pairs with your beers. These events do well to fill your taproom and are always a hit as fundraisers!

Food Pairings

From limited menu “long lunches” to large fundraiser dinners, let us pair your beers with those of a local restaurant or caterer for an event that will be talked about for years to come.
